Little by Little

Time going by so fast amazes me everyday. Even more astounding is how what seems to be the littlest actions, or inactions, add up quickly with their consequences – whatevery they may be, positive or negative.

We all know, and try, to make decisions that will impact us down the road in a beneficial way, like eating more vegetables or working a little more exercise into our daily schedules. We must stay encouraged, although these everyday acts may seem insignificant at the time, they are sure to produce the rewards of a healthier lifestyle.

Sometimes it can be disheartening when we realize that we are feeling the penalties garnered through negative actives or inaction – do not get discouraged! Today is a new day, start afresh to achieve your goals!

The words “discipline” and “no” can often conjure up thoughts of pain and punishment, that is only one side of the story. Look to the positive outcomes achieved only through actions that add up little by little.
